Hi Everyone...January is flying by, and I hope everyone is on track with their health and fitness goals. For those of us over 50 (I will be 51 this year...whew!), it can be difficult at times to find the time and motivation to stay in shape. For years at Strength we have helped people in their middle ages gain strength and fitness with very little time invested.
