How Exercise Keeps You Feeling Young

January 24, 2017

Hi Everyone...January is flying by, and I hope everyone is on track with their health and fitness goals. For those of us over 50 (I will be 51 this year...whew!), it can be difficult at times to find the time and motivation to stay in shape. For years at Strength we have helped people in their middle ages gain strength and fitness with very little time invested. If you are receiving this today, and haven't yet committed to our program, or have a friend who you are trying to motivate, here are a couple of articles that may give you some insight as to why you need to include Strength exercise in your health regimen. Happy reading!
