Her desire for helping others discover the secrets of improved health, led her to co-found Santa Rosa Strength where she spends the majority of her time developing core business strategies, nutritional programs, and cooking videos. Aside from her duties at Santa Rosa Strength, Deanna is currently working towards a degree in health care administration.</p>

<p>Steve has been in the strength training industry for most of his adult life. Since graduating from San Francisco State University, he has gone on to facilitate the startup of three successful fitness centers, X-Gym, FIT, and Santa Rosa Strength, all in northern California. He is one of the original master trainers of the SuperSlow Exercise guild, and is largely responsible for the PRE movement in Sonoma County. In his 22 years as a strength trainer, he has conducted over 40,000 individual workouts. His experience with PRE techniques gives the Santa Rosa Strength team a unique opportunity to learn from and practice with one of the best.</p>

<p>Wes began his his business and management career 22 years ago with the home improvement retail chain Home Club. After leaving the company in 1990, he began an intensive study of a rare and ancient form of self-defense from China called Praying Mantis Kung Fu. During the next eight years which he devoted to his martial arts practice, Wes won awards in numerous national and international competitions, culminating in being selected for the US Kung Fu Team. His knowledge of martial arts gives him a keen insight into biomechanics and physical conditioning. Since retiring from the sport, Wes has resumed his business pursuits, having co-founded Santa Rosa Strength. He is a certified SuperSlow instructor and currently devotes the majority of his time to the mission of curing chronic low back pain and age related conditions for the community at Santa Rosa Strength.</p>

Chris has been athletic since the age of seven.  When her parents met on Mt. She is passionate to help all others become knowledgeable and experience all of the benefits of Progressive Resistance Exercise.</p>

Her positive attitude has endeared her to her clients, many of whom credit Fay for their success with the program. Fay completed the 2008 AIDS bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, and found that having increased strength from PRE was a benefit on the 80 mile days.</p>
